Social Media Intergration
To start uploading content through FrenzyPost, you need give permission for FrenzyPost to handle your Social Media accounts, this happens on authoirzation/login.
Here we guide you through how to connect to each social media and the steps you need to take.
General
Instagram has some requirements for it to let users upload content through another application such as FrenzyPost. To achieve this we have to complete 3 steps.
- Have an Business Instagram Account
- Instagram have to be connected to a Facebook Page.
- Connect to FrenzyPost.
Instagram Business
(we recommend that you do these steps through your phone)
- Visit Instagram through your phone.
- Log into your account that you will use to upload content to.
- Navigate to your accounts settings
- Locate Account type and Tools. If you already have an professional / business account, you should see a Professional Account tab instead
If you already have an professional account, skip these steps. If not click on Account type and Tools.
Select switch to professional account and complete all the steps that intstagram require to set up an account.
One of those steps is connecting to an facebook page, read further down to learn how to connect a facebook page.
Connect Instagram Business to a Facebook Page
When you successfully created a professional account with instagram, you are ready to connect the account with an Facebook Page.
- Open your instagram profile on the mobile app.
- Click edit profile
- If you successfully have an professional account, the field Pages should appear.
Follow the steps that instagram provides you, create a new facebook page or connect a existing one.
After connecting your facebook page to your instagram business, you are ready to connect your instagram to FrenzyPost.
Connect to FrenzyPost
Navigate to Socials and click Connect a Social, and select Instagram.
You will be redirected to login with your facebook admin account for Facebook Page and Instagram Business. After login in with Facebook you will be redirected to login with Instagram.
Third step it will ask you to connect your Facebook Page that is linked to an Instagram Business.
If you didnt complete step 1 or step 2, you wont be able to connect your Instagram to a Page in this step, and that will result in error on uploads. Please return and complete the previous 2 steps.
Tiktok
Navigate to Socials and click on Connect a Social.
Click on Tiktok and you will be redirected to TikTok’s official login page to autorize yourself and allow FrenzyPost to integrate with TikTok.
Youtube
Navigate to Socials and click on Connect a Social.
Click on Youtube and you will be redirected to Youtube official login page to autorize yourself and allow FrenzyPost to integrate with Youtube.
